Brit holidaymaker, 33, found dead in pool of blood at Jamaica villa after being blasted 12 times by gunman, inquest told | The Sun

A BRIT holidaymaker was found dead in a pool of blood after being blasted 12 times by a hooded gunman at a villa in Jamaica, an inquest heard.

Sean Allen Patterson, 33, was gunned down while staying at the home in the St James area of the Caribbean island with a fellow Londoner.

An inquest heard how he suffered gunshot wounds to his upper body and head following the horror attack on January 2.

A cause of death was given as injuries to his vital organs caused by multiple gunshot wounds.

Senior coroner Lydia Brown said Sean had travelled from his home in Shepherd's Bush, West London, to Jamaica on December 29.

He spent three days at an apartment with his travelling partner before the pair moved to the Bogue Heights villa on January 1.

"This man allegedly ran into the bushes.

The coroner adjourned the inquest while the investigation in Jamaica, which is being aided by Brit police, is ongoing.

It is not clear why personal trainer Sean was targeted but Jamaican police previously suggested his death was an ordered hit.

Tragically, Sean was planning a wedding with wife-to-be Anuja when he was killed.

The couple had been together for 13 years and shared a pet dog.

Sean's mum Lesley said previously: "He was just a diamond. If he came into your room he’d light it up.

"If he was your friend he’d make you glow. He had that speciality.

"It was those green eyes. He was a green eyed gremlin – I used to tell him that. He was a mummy’s boy."
