The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has warned that some packs of the Charlie Bigham’s curry ready meals contain ingredients that are not stated on the label.

Affected batches of the Thai Green Chicken Curry & Fragrant Rice may be found in Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose, all of which sell the popular meal.

A statement from the FSA claimed that the recall was made because the Thai curry meals contained “undeclared mustard”.

Mustard is one of the 14 major allergens and could cause life-threatening reactions in some cases.

The FSA claimed: “This product may contain mustard making it a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to mustard”.
